2023 Winter Hours of operation for dining.

The restaurants are open Monday for lunch and dinner serving the lunch menu only. Tuesday-Friday for lunch and dinner.  Saturday, we open at 5 p.m.  The Bunker is open Thursday night, Friday night and Saturday for lunch. The Sports Center Bar is open every day but Thursday

Herb-Grilled Statler Chicken Breast                                                
Rosemary roasted new potatoes, fresh arugula salad with peaches, crispy prosciutto, red onion, mozzarella, and a white balsamic-Dijon vinaigrette
 
Baked Stuffed Shrimp                                                                                  
NCC’s classic crab stuffing, orzo-wild rice pilaf, roasted broccoli and grape tomatoes, drawn butter
 
Weekly Desserts:
Apple-Blackberry Crisp
Baked to order in a cast iron skillet, topped with house-made crisp topping. Served with rich vanilla bean ice cream.
 
Galaktoboureko (Greek Custard Pie)
A traditional Greek dessert of vanilla custard in a crispy phyllo pastry. Chantilly cream.
 
Tollhouse Cookie Pie
A slice of freshly baked walnut-chocolate chip cookie pie, a scoop of vanilla ice cream, house-made caramel sauce, and Chantilly cream.
